All the meals are prepared in the family kitchen
using fresh organic vegetables and age old
recipes. You will get to sample a lot of the
local cuisine, spiced to suit the preferences of
our guests. House specialties include mutton
curry, chicken achari, tandoori fish and
authentic biryani. The vegetarians among our
guests will be able savour a variety of
delicately flavored paneer dishes, such as
Paneer Makhani, Kadhai Paneer and Malai Kofta.
Punjabi meals are family affairs, which for our
guests, essentially means that dining and
refreshments will be served in a common area.
Chhota hazari
is the one exception,
where a cup of tea/coffee in bed is almost a
requirement.
Our kitchen does not
cater to independent
room serviced meals.
